I've crafted off and on over the last decade or two. It really kicked off when my first daughter was born, Lily. I'm from the panhandle of Florida, sometimes referred to lower Alabama, where we love everything monogrammed. My sister bought me a monogrammed diaper bag prior to our very first PCS with my husband's (John) Air Force career. So off to Europe we went and I sewed my daughter's first dress after my husband's Big Mama gifted my first sewing machine at Christmas. I began to sew Christmas Stockings and other seasonal decor and gifts. Now holiday decor is my favorite thing to create and craft as my family's tradition of festive decorating continues.
